Used this product a few years ago and it worked well then stopped being as good. Came back for another try and so far (abt 9 days) only minimal help. Will try for the recommended 2 weeks.

Stay Asleep

I ordered both after trying all kinds of products with limited success. I havent finished them but so far they are both working as hoped & described.

I'm amazed with "Stay Asleep", truly magical! According to my sleep tracker about after 1 hour I am in a deep sleep until the morning and feel refreshed!

Formula changed without disclosure. Without the former ingredients, it doesn’t out perform other products. It’s too bad because it used to be great.

The stay asleep is not helping me to stay asleep, I took with the deep sleep and still awakening and unable to return to sleep, I take no other medications whatsoever and have no health conditions

I am not one to write a review, but this product is amazing. I have been trying to find the right product to help me sleep. This was the one!!!

The fall asleep definitely put me to sleep after only 15 minutes and the stay asleep promised 6 hours and it definitely lets you get 6 hours with no groggy feeling in the morning. Delivered what was promised

I now can have complete confidence in enjoying a full, uninterrupted nights sleep.

Taking stay asleep has been helpful. I still wake up and sometimes when I take it my dreams are intense.

This does seem to help me fall asleep faster.

Before taking Stay Asleep, I was averaging 3-4 hours of sleep per night. Now I average around 6 hours of sleep. Ive even had nights where I got 7 1/2 hours of sleep! So, it works! I feel so much better and more rested.

Initially I wasn't sure this was going to work, but by allowing the Stay Asleep to dissolve under my tongue while I showered and then dissolving the Fall Asleep under my tongue after I finished reading and was ready for lights out, I've definitely noticed a difference in my sleep patterns -- even on nights that I have a big day ahead, which is usually one of my biggest pitfalls when it comes to getting a good night's sleep. Even my FitBit says my sleep is better, though I'd prefer more deep and REM sleep, but right now getting closer to seven hours a night versus the three to five I was averaging before is definitely a step in the right direction!!!

I love this stuff! I slept terribly my first two nights taking Stay Asleep, but I now think that was unrelated because after a week and a half my sleep scores (Fitbit) are, on average, ten points higher! Last night I finally achieved a score of 90, which is excellent. I am more rested throughout the day, more ready for exercise, etc. I love it!

i tried one pill 1 hour before bed with as recommended and it made me slightly drowsy. Then next I took 2 pills and it worked much better allowing about 6 hours of good sleep. However, since the pack only contains 10 pills, taking 2 each night would be prohibitably expensive. I will keep looking for other alternatives for sleep issues.

Only tried it for about 4 days. So far doesn't seem to help. Will keep trying.

Ive tried many sleeping aids after being on prescription sleep meds for years. Melatonin works sometimes, but not all. So far, this has been useful. Its not perfect, I wake up occasionally, but far less often and for a far shorter period. Ive recently bumped from 1 pill to 2 to try to cut out any wake ups and it has worked so far. Ive been taking this for 20 days and plan to continue.

I have tried many different sleep aids to help me sleep through the night, none of them have worked as well as this!! I never feel sluggish and wake up WAY less in the night. If you're skeptical, just give it a try.

Very good on spot

The pills do work and I am happy with them but they do make me thirsty and I end up going to the loo during the night.

Helps with relaxation, but not with skeep onset.

I have to say, since starting stay asleep, my sleep has improved greatly. I do have a tendency to toss & turn but fall quickly back to sleep. It takes me a moment to calm down, but when it hits, I'm out like a light. Can not thank you enough for giving me back a full night sleep!

This + the stay asleep is the best thing that has happened to me for sleep health. I had been struggling with insomnia for a couple of months and these products got me back on track. I watched my deep and REM sleep stats go up and up and back to healthy levels and I felt better throughout the day because of it. Great products and great support.

Run out of fall asleep b4 stay asleep so its hard to tell still trying your product tho hoping eventually it will have lasting results

Stay Asleep

I have never had any problem falling asleep, but I'd gotten to where I would wake up between 1 and 3am and be awake for HOURS. I was exhausted everyday when I woke up and all throughout the day.

The Stay Asleep formula has helped me SO MUCH. Even when I wake up in the night to use the bathroom, I am able to fall quickly back to sleep afterwards. I feel great!
