I do fall asleep but I wake up in the middle of the night and have a hard time going back to sleep. Also, I wake up very groggy and not rested. I did get the Stay Asleep and with both I did sleep better but still groggy in the morning.
I am a combat veteran. I did 2 combat tours in Iraq in the mid 2000s. It took me a long time to figure out how badly my sleep disturbances were messing with my daily life.
My wife had to let me know it's not OK to go to work on 1 hour of sleep. Sure, I can do it, but is it worth the pain?
Fall asleep&stay asleep are my go to sleep aid for when I need to rest so that I can pretend to be a normal civilian when I wake up.
It keeps my war dreams away and I love yall for that

This worked great at first. I've used this about 8 months, now I can't fall asleep or go to sleep and wake up. I still recommend this product.

Sandland Fall Asleep does the trick! It provides a gentle calming feeling with no groggy feelings in the morning!
Certainly helps me to sleep. However, the dehydration and grogginess in the morning is a problem. I think I'm going to cut these pills in half and see if that helps.

Since I am still in the 30 days I would like a refund please. I tried the fall asleep and stay asleep, the fall asleep worked well, I knocked out pretty quickly. But woke up many times in the night, got super sweaty, and had some pretty gnarly nightmares. My boyfriend on the other hand loves the products. I just gave mine to him to finish up. He just bought more and takes them nightly. They really help him sleep well. Moral of the story, its worth a try.
Ive been using Fall Asleep every night for the past few months and have noticed such a difference. No more tossing and turning or restless mind keeping me awake. Its so much easier to fall asleep now!
It worked great! I was sleepy within 15 min which for me never happens.
I'm still getting used to when I should take it and also the Stay Asleep supplement. So far I like both of them and I have noticed an improvement in my sleep...in general.

I use Stay Asleep and Fall Asleep every night and am doing great! I've been suffering from insomnia for a few years and have tried many things, Sandland Sleep remedies really work. I don't have the stress anymore about being able to fall or stay asleep. Thank you Sandland!
Took stay asleep an hour before bed and fall asleep pill 15 minutes before and they work. Had to get up to go to the bathroom, but that's a given, product is a bit expensive, also use products with melatonin
I have found Sleepland works some days and others it does not. I find it works best on an empty stomach and I need to take 2 tabs. But I continue to use it nightly because it does help me about every other day.
Best product I have found to help fall asleep. Im out in less than 15 minutes and wake up feeling refreshed. Highly recommend.

I take something to help me sleep but still cannot fall asleep...this makes it happen. Sometimes I have to take it twice but at least im not up until 5am or later.
When i work a rare third shift, it works wonders.

Definitely get get sleep, but its too pricey in my opinion. Maybe offer more pills per pack to justify price

As I have said. Due to circumstances my wife has not been able to try the Sandland Sleep.
Ive been using Sandland Stay Asleep for about a month. I use one and a half tablets and I sleep for approximately 6 1/2 hours. I can then go back to sleep for a few more hours if needed.
