We are pretty confident you’re going to love your Loftie, but in case it’s not a match, we make it easy for you to return or exchange. To start a return, email info@nanaka.co and include the reason why you would like to return. 

All US based customers have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange any order placed on our website.

All parts, including accessories, must be in like-new condition.

Returns should be sent back in original packaging.

What if I no longer have my original packaging?

If you no longer have the packaging, please include enough protection that the device does not get damaged in transit. If your Loftie arrives damaged or without all accessories and parts, you are eligible for up to a 50% refund.

Are all items eligible for return?

All items are eligible for return except for the Refurbished Clock and Lamp, Mouth Tape, Puzzles, Sleep Masks, Dark Dots, Stick'ems, The Magical Dream Box Books, and Gift Cards.

Loftie uses science-backed features to break the phone-at-bedtime habit. The two-phase alarm mimics your natural wake cycle (gentle chime followed by a gradual alarm), so you wake up refreshed instead of jolted. Built-in white noise, breathwork guides, and sound baths help you fall asleep faster without scrolling. No blue light means better melatonin production and deeper rest.

Each box includes the Loftie Clock, a USB-C cable, and a wall plug. The clock itself features a two-phase alarm, white noise, nature sounds, wellness content, Bluetooth speaker, nightlight, blackout mode, and offline use.

The Core free app is only needed for initial setup-after that, it's all you and the clock. Once you've got the time set (takes about 5 minutes), every feature lives right on the device. No app dependency, no phone required, no notifications pulling you back to your screen. That's the whole point: Loftie helps you actually unplug at bedtime instead of just saying you will. Set it up once, then let your phone charge in another room where it belongs. You can upgrade to the Premium App if you choose to. It is available on both Apple and Android.
