Table Candles That Actually Look Good
Most taper candles are an afterthought. White or ivory, bought in bulk, functional but forgettable. They do the job and nobody thinks about them again.

The Tapers
The Asparagus tapers come as a set of two, nine inches tall. The shape is botanically accurate enough that they read as sculptural objects when they're sitting in candlestick holders on a table. Green beeswax, natural honey scent, no synthetic dye.
The Carrot tapers are the warmer option. Orange beeswax with the same nine-inch height. Both work in standard candlestick holders. Both burn without dripping when the wick is trimmed to 1/4 inch before each use.
Why Beeswax for the Table
Paraffin tapers drip. The wax pools unevenly, runs down the side of the candle, and ends up on the tablecloth or the holder. Beeswax has a higher melting point and burns more evenly, which means less dripping and a cleaner table at the end of the night.
Beeswax also burns without synthetic fragrance or petroleum byproducts. If you're eating at the table, that matters. The natural honey scent from the wax is faint enough that it doesn't compete with food.
The Sculptural Candles
If you want something for the center of the table rather than in holders, the sculptural candles work well as a focal point.
