The glass jar came broken

The product arrived used. Someone clearly put their finger in and used the hair product and then it was sent to me. Never have I seen such poor product quality control.

It’s the best product I’ve ever used for my hair. Just four ingredients and glass container. I really love it. It really worth it.

I purchased this product for my husband because of the ingredients. 4 natural, organic ingredients!! He has thinning hair and the clay pomade gives his hair fullness without making it greasy looking. Holds the style with a matte finish! 5 stars!!

Legit hold; nongreasy. Beeswax, DE, and Lavender (great for the scalp) - that's it. Impressed by the hold from barely any application. I was concerned that the product was a bit difficult to get a good amount out, but then realized it wasn't necessary. A little wipe of the finger was enough. Will see how it compares to other products when my hair grows out, right before haircut time

this stuff is great.I personally don’t use soap when I take a shower on my hair. I let it do it’s thing.The issue with the that is a lot of hair products NEED to be washed out with soap.While this may still “need to be” washed out with soap.I haven’t yet and my hair is looking GUUUUDD.For a “natural” guy like me this is the only pomade I can use. I will continue to buy for as long as I can! Highly recommended1 tip this bottle is smaller then most pomades but still worth it.What does it smell like? Smells like lavender but light. No strong smells from it.It looks like mud but it’s hard or “tuff”Goes on waxxy dries mate

Since getting the OG it's the only clay I've kept in the bathroom cabinet. I'm not the kinda guy who uses pomade every day, but when I want a bit more structure this is what I go for. Easy to use, looks great, smells wonderful.Really appreciate that I can recognize the flipping ingredients on the label too - there's like only four of them.

This was the best hair clay, but now their texture or formula has changed and it is rock hard, so hard that you have to microwave it for a few seconds even to make a dent. Even if you are lucky enough to scoop a bit out, it just balls up as you try to spread it on your fingers. Disappointed and will be moving on to another company.

styling performance is great (moldale, matte) but this is OIL based and need lots of soap to wash off. Won't buy again

I had to return a recent jar due to being like concrete. Impossible to get out of the jar. I got a replacement still same, has formula changed? Never been this difficult to use in past. Will not use anymore if this difficult to use.

Product changed for the worse in late 2024 - used to be easy to get out of container and work into hair. Product now is extremely hard and dry. Very difficult to get out of the container and break down into a usable form. Seems product may have changed ingredients/cheaper made

I’ve been using this product for almost two years now but as of 10/7/24, the product changed for the worse. It’s not extremely hard and difficult to get any out of the container. I will not use this product anymore and don’t recommend it.In case this sounds like a quality control issue, I hope Jack Henry will reach out and replace.

Is it supposed to be hard to scoop with fingers?? Also very hard to remove from hands with soap.Edit: after try for a few days I try add a little water to make it easier to scoop out it does hold my hair in place and I use a salt texture spray and it seem to go well with it.

I have bought the same product in the past for almost the same cost..but now the size of the jar has reduced significantly.Not sure if 16oz of product is worth the money… shrinkflation.

What I love most about this product is that it has no harmful chemicals, or toxins that over 99% of hair pomades and clays have in them. Your hair and scalp will thank you becuase your hair won’t be falling out. Secondly, it has great texture and hold without weighing your hair down or making your hair look like it is plastered to your head. Great hold and style without looking like you overstyled or have too much product in your hair. A natural look.

One can lasts forever and it's not too strong of a hold or smell. Love it.

The product did not hold my hair at all. Functions more like pomade than a clay. I was very hopeful to find a cleaner clay, that would work well. My search continues.

Best stuff ever! I will never use another hair product again. I have been through them all and this is hands down the best! I have thick heavy hair and it works without having to use a lot of product which makes heavy greasy hair. Get some!

I don’t write a lot of reviews, but if you want to waste $29 this is the product for you. Not great hold and very greasy. Even using a dime size amount you will need to shampoo twice to wash this out. Really was hoping this was good with the clean ingredients but I was disappointed way more than I thought was possible.

Hard to use... not at all what you will expect.

This is the only hair product I use.I rock a mid taper with about 1.5 inches on top, spiked up in the front, and this clay works perfectly for providing volume and hold all day!Also great smell and organic ingredients. It doesn’t get any better than this.Love it!

Not worth it

Gives my hair a lift. It seems fuller. And it’s not greasy. I’ll buy again.

I have used lots of similar products but there was always something not clicking, the hold was not good or was too shiny but this product is perfect. I have a mildly greasy hair but this paste is awesome, doesn’t make your hair greasier and hold up pretty good. Would absolutely recommend

I have a medium-short length fine hair and so a little product goes a long way.I love the smell. What does it smell like? It smells expensive — without bombarding with fragrance.It has a nice light hold, but it doesn’t hold all day for me. Which is a little off a bummer but my hair is style very much stylable thought the day. So decent trade off.Because of my fine hair, it can get greasy if I add a little too much but that’s user error. Not the product’s fault.You really have to warm up the product in your palms before applying and if warmed appropriately before application, it goes in easily.

Easy to apply. Last a long time. Smells good and non toxic.

Its nice knowing im using something without toxic chemicals in it.
