Maybe it’s anecdotal but i use this every night on my knee which gets swollen after hiking all day. The next day i notice a huge difference! Different compared to the days i don’t do it. Better recovery. I’ve also been using it on my face and i feel like it has helped me recover from some minor i juries like a sprained ankle and something i pulled in my shoulder.

This red light therapy device is built well. It is heavyweight and solid, small and portable. There is no strap or stand, so you either hold it to use it or you rested on something close to you. I believe it is recommended to be used 3 to 6 in away from your skin. It has both the 660 NM and the 850 NM wavelengths.This would be great to take with you while traveling. It comes with a case, and is rechargeable.Mitos seems like a reputable company. Mitoredlight is its website and contains a LOT of great information. I believe it is a USA company.

This is a very convenient and powerful lamp for red light therapy. It has six large 650nm lights and six 860nm one for a wide spectrum coverage. The booklet had a detailed description about the references for this technology on mitochondria. I have tried the lamp, holding in hand, on face, and neck. I felt warm and relax after use. The lamp is pretty heavy but you can put it on the desk to use. It is powered by rechargeable batteries, and there is a nice carriage case, so it is very convenient to carry with you. I have a little problem with the tiny eye protector. It appears to be completely dark. I would rather wear a pair of sunglasses.
