Saalt started with a simple question from founder Cherie Hoeger: why are we still using the same single-use period products we've used for 100 years? In 2018, she launched Saalt to change that, designing reusable period discs and cups from medical-grade materials that are clean, ethical, and built to last.
As a certified B Corp, Saalt gives 1% to donate period care to regions with the most need and funds initiatives in menstrual health, girls' education, and sustainability. Saalt has donated over 150,000 products to women and girls in need in 56 countries.
