So far I've enjoyed The Ultimate product. This was my first bottle. I've been taking the individual suplements of Lions Main, Cordyceps, and Reishi. It seems that maybe the individual products were to strong and I had some mild side effect? Note, I've had diferent reactions when just eating a mushrrom so the reaction is just me and the work the suplements did outweighed the mild side effect. The complex product product has been great. I've not noticed any decline from the work the individual mushrooms acheived. So far so good.

Bought several mushroom coffees. Even attended a mushroom seminar at our state farm show. It is supposed to taste like dirt. It means you are getting mushrooms. That way you buy it. . not to taste coffee. That is easy. This one has the best numbers and I think the best way to consume mushrooms is to take the capsules and then drink the breakfast drink you want . . . or. . . . mix the powder with your best cover up or yogurt smoothie, not coffee. . Just me but I am getting help from the mushrooms. My wife is getting altzheimers and taking pills and coffee. Seems to give her moments of clarity but afternoons and evenings are not good. Maybe too late but she wants to keep taking mushrooms so we will.

This was one of the few supplements that I’ve ever taken where I truly noticed a difference.

I have only been taking the extract for 9 days, but I am amazed! I have had chronic pain in my back and legs for over 2 years, 24/7. Conventional doctors offered no help. Some days I couldn't walk.
Day 3 of the extract, I noticed my legs didn't hurt as much. I was skeptical, yet hopeful. Day 8, all pain was gone! Today is day 9 - still no pain! I have done nothing new, other than the extract! Our holistic vet wanted us to give the shroomies a try for our cats as they've had success with treating some issues with them. We were told some cats like them, some don't. Unfortunately ours did not care for them - even soaking in sardine juice didn't make them more appealing. Will be gifting these to multiple people so they can try it out with their dogs and cats. 5 star rating because I know it's a great product, it just didn't work out taste wise for our kitties.

FreshCap Ultimate Mushroom Complex Capsules have changed my life!  About 4 years ago, I first started seeing shaking and vibrating when I looked at our horizonal and vertical blinds.   Also, when I was watching TV, any movement in front of horizonal or vertical lines like a fence or stair banister would cause a shimmering, vibrating effect around the movement. I assumed it was tied to other vision issues I have with my  eyes.   As time went on, it got worse. Door frames, the edge of the refrigerator, cabinets, etc. started shaking in my peripheral vision.
