Subscription Policy

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following terms.

How Subscriptions Work

When you choose the subscription option, your selected product will automatically be delivered at the frequency you choose (every 30, 60, or 90 days). Your payment method will be charged automatically at the start of each renewal cycle.

Billing

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date. Your payment method on file will be charged at the time of renewal for the product price and any applicable taxes.

Managing Your Subscription

You can manage your subscription anytime through your customer account. From your account dashboard, you may:

  • Skip a shipment
  • Pause your subscription
  • Change your delivery frequency
  • Update your shipping address or payment method
  • Cancel your subscription

Changes must be made before the next billing date to apply to the upcoming order.

Cancellations

Subscriptions may be canceled at any time through your account portal. If an order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Failed Payments

If a payment cannot be processed, we may attempt to charge the payment method again. If payment continues to fail, your subscription may be paused or canceled until the payment method is updated.
