NovaaLab items are eligible for return within 60 days from the date of purchase. If 60 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, in its original packaging, and with all included parts, accessories, manuals, and inserts.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Because NovaaLab products are high-value wellness devices, a restocking fee of up to 5% may apply to approved returns that are not due to damage, defect, or fulfillment error.
Original shipping charges, return shipping costs, and any applicable restocking fee are non-refundable.
Exchanges are available for damaged or defective items only.

Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the credit.
