BlockBlueLight items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging with all included parts, accessories, manuals, and inserts.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item arrives incorrect, damaged, or defective.

Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to damage, defect, or fulfillment error.
