I found this mat to be a little disappointing. The setup was easy and self explanatory, however when I tested the magnet that they provide to demonstrate the magnetic waves that the mat gives off my magnet didn’t do anything. The mat heats up and it feels great on the back but as far as magnetic waves or pulse I just don’t feel anything. I tried it on the lower settings and the highest setting and the magnet just sits there. I also didn’t feel anything on my body at all aside from heat. The plug is a little difficult to connect to the mat so I tried to make sure I had everything properly put together and I did. I just can’t justify the price for having just a mat with heat. Maybe mine was defective I don’t know but it wasn’t all that I thought it would be.
I am mostly just confused about this Infared PEMF Go Mat since I couldn't get half the features to work. When first plugging it in it does heat up after awhile like 30-40 minutes which is too long. Then I tried the PEMF which when I looked at other reviews and the full video on how to use you should be able to feel but it doesn't not work at all. I don't know if it's the voltage in my house I tried multiple areas to plug in and never have issues with things charging slow or no issues like my microwave or air fryer so I'm not sure. Right now it's just a heating mat which I still use but I'm pretty disappointed since this is a pricey item just for that.

I alternate PEMF settings 2-4, depending on the day and my need. I also love laying the mat flat on the floor on PEMF setting 1 in the evening to unwind from the day and create a more relaxing bedtime routine. The heat takes a little longer than expected to get going, but works well and I usually find myself turning it down a little, once it reaches my target level. This is definitely a pricey wellness investment, but I have been pleasantly surprised to find that dedicating just a short amount of time each day can help me feel more relaxed, less tense, reduced back pain and improved sleep. I also love that it is compact, portable and comes with a carrying bag, making it easy to move around.
I've had the HigherDOSE Infrared PEMF Go Mat for a few weeks now, mostly trying to figure out if the smaller size actually does anything or if it's just a fancy heating pad with a price tag attached. First impression: this thing is heavier than I expected. It's stuffed with crushed amethyst and tourmaline under a PU leather cover that's easy enough to wipe down after use. The size is genuinely the selling point for me , I can toss it on my desk chair while I'm working, or drag it to the couch, without it eating up my whole living room like the full-size mats do. It's portable in the sense that it's not bolted to the floor, not portable in the sense that you'd want to carry it through an airport. Where it earns its keep is the combo of far-infrared heat and PEMF. I was skeptical the crystals-and-magnets pitch would translate into anything I could actually feel, but after a long travel day or too many hours hunched at my desk, the heat genuinely gets into the muscle instead of just sitting on my skin. I've settled into a pattern with lower PEMF settings when I want to wind down, higher ones when I need a jolt before a shoot or a flight. My one real gripe is the price. Just under $700 for something this size is a lot to swallow, and I'd be lying if I said that didn't knock it down a star for me. But if recovery tech is already part of your routine, or you want a reason to sit still and breathe for twenty minutes a day, it's holding up so far.

I have been using this matt for a few weeks now. I prefer to use it at night, before going to bed. I find that rather relaxing. It definitely helps me wind down for the day. I'm short (5'1") so this matt is a great size for me. My partner is 6'1" and is also able to use it. It does get warm which is a little uncomfortable given I live in an extremely hot state. It weighs around 30lbs (according to the shipment box). It is stiff which makes it difficult to get in and out of the protective carrier. The part I truly hate about it is the plug and the control. It is insanely difficult to plug the control into the matt. You have to be a combination of insanely strong and maneuvering the plug at just the right angle. I haven't been able to successfully plug the control into the matt; my partner always has to do it for me. Unplugging the control from the matt is just as difficult. The control and wire looks just really outdated. It reminds of an early thousands blowup mattress. For the price point, I would definitely expect something a little less dated and difficult to use.
I am very happy with my Infrared PEMF GO MAT. I am a very active person, I run, I do yoga and I go to the gym several times a week. That leaves me with sore muscles a lot. Also, I have been getting more anxious lately and that brought some issues falling asleep and or staying asleep. This Mat and its calming and grounding properties are helping me with all these issues. I thought maybe it was in my head, but on days I use it, I seem to be falling asleep easier. I also own a gadget that measures my sleep data and my numbers are better if I use my mat. It is comfortable, I try to use it in some way every day. If it is to ground me, help me relax, or recover from my workouts better, it helps. I am a big believer of infrared therapy and its health benefits, and have been for a while, but this mat made me even bigger fan. I love that it is portable and can be used at home or my office. It comes in a tote with handles, so I could take it with me when I am travelling as well. I think it is very well made. I definitely recommend you look into this and give it a try. I may choose the timer length and power level that is most suitable for me thanks to the control panel's ease of use and intuitive design. I have discovered that I am able to use it on a daily basis without even giving it a second thought since it is effortless. Because it turns off on its own after the session is over, the timer feature is very beneficial because it allows me to rest without having to worry about keeping track of the time. It has been really effective in treating a variety of areas of my body, including my back, legs, shoulders, and neck, which I have tried putting it on. Because the pad is big enough to cover the majority of the target regions in a comfortable manner, it may be used for a variety of purposes due to its versatility. When I am lying down or sitting on the sofa, the design is really accommodating; it molds perfectly to my body. I truly enjoy how flexible the design is. The material has a pleasant and comfortable feel to it, and it is simple to clean after each usage, which makes it practical for sessions that are performed on the same schedule. I am able to feel a mild warmth spreading across the space while the pad is being used. It makes use of a mix of red and near-infrared LEDs. There is not an excessive amount of intensity or discomfort; rather, it is just the proper amount of warmth to make one feel relaxed. After using it for around fifteen to twenty minutes during each session, the region feels more relaxed and at peace than it did before. In recent times, I have included it in my nightly routine, particularly after long workdays when my shoulders or back feel stiff.
I love all things wellness, self care, confidence, and gadgets! I was so excited and extremely happy to receive the Higher Dose PEMF Go Mat! This is a must have product! If you are thinking about purchasing this, I highly recommend it. The mat has 4 settings, and comes with several reading materials and instructions on how to use the mat. I have tried all 4 settings and my favorite is the 3rd setting. The mat is compact and I have taken it with me on vacation. Product was received as part of an educational promotion.
This mat is super easy to set up, and with just a little overview of the guide it was easy to figure out how to set the different settings and what function they each serve. The infrared heat settings alone are super relaxing, and the pemf settings do create a relaxing and restorative session that I could oddly feel with running my hand over the mat. While at first I thought I would use this mat in bed, I used it more in a seated position in my recliner, especially after workouts, first thing in the morning, or before bed. I can also see using this in a work chair as well, and it’s very comfortable to sit on for a long period of time.
I was finally able to try the Higherdose Infrared PEMF Go Mat and here are my thoughts:I love how this mat is packaged. It is so simple to set up and start using because there aren't a lot of parts wrapped in a hundred pieces of plastic, just open up the box, take the product out and follow the simple instructions included. The only downside is mine was shipped with the product info showing on the outside of the box, so it could be identified and stolen by porch pirates since it's a high price item. I was not prepared for how hard and cold this mat is so I was surprised when I first sat on it. To make it more comfortable I turn the heat on a few minutes before I sit on it and it feels much better. There isn't much you can do to soften the surface since it's full of crystals, I definitely don't use it for extended periods of time. As far as the PEMF and Infrared heat features go- I really feel that they are working to improve my quality of life. I have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and I've found several daily rituals to encourage lymphatic drainage really help me not have a "crash" as often or as severe as I've experienced in the past. Usually I alternate between gua sha massages and dry brushing but I always seem to still have swollen lymph nodes. After using this mat just a few times I could barely feel the lymph nodes that are usually swollen. To me this signifies that the mat is definitely working to encourage circulation throughout my body. With CFS I have to be careful of overexertion which could lead to Post Exertional Malaise. This can be challenging at times since I work a physically demanding job. Usually one of the first things I notice which tell me I'm overdoing it is a heaviness in my legs which will eventually turn into muscle weakness if I don't rest. I really put this mat to the test over the last few weeks by doing way more than I usually do. A few days I felt the usual heaviness in my legs but after using the mat and resting in the evenings I never experienced PEM like I have in the past. Also, I'm waking up with energy in the mornings and feel like I have more energy during the day which is amazing. I only use the PEMF Settings 1 through 3. I use setting 3 in the mornings and settings 1 and 2 in the evenings. Setting 4 made me feel like I had too much caffeine - I was on edge and jittery for hours. But it may work well for others. The infrared heat feels really good since I also experience a lot of pain at times. I haven't been able to use it over setting 3 without it feeling too hot against my skin. It takes a few minutes to warm up but heats consistently while using it. Overall I am extremely pleased with how this mat has worked for me, I will definitely keep using it as a part of my daily routine and I would recommend to others.

I like that it’s super easy to use and add to my routine plus I can tack some of my other wellness habits with the mat. Since it’s the GO size it doesn’t cover my entire body but I’m 5’2’’ and it covers about 70% of my body when laying on it. It also works well to use on a chair and fits perfect for that. It does heat up so I made sure to read the instructions on which surfaces to avoid. I love the heat settings and that I can choose from 7 different temperature settings. The PEMF has 4 levels to choose from and each one supports different goals. My most used is level 1 which helps support sleep and deep relaxation since I typically use my mat in the evening. It does have to be plugged in to use but the cord is long so that wasn’t an issue for me. The mat has amethyst and crystals and is really great quality. It’s very sturdy and well made. It comes with a carrying case too that I keep it in when I am not using.

First of all, I just wanted to say that I loved this product so so much!! Since I started working from home I would have back problems and just couldn’t relax easily because of the stress of work. My chair also isn’t the best, but this mat helped me so much throughout the day! It helps my spine relax the minute I sit on it and it made me feel like I was at the spa instead of in my cramped home office! I also used it after my workouts and it helped my muscles not be as sore afterwards! Also I feel like since I used it as a mat to stretch before sleep it helped me get a better full nights sleep instead of me constantly waking up and tossing and turning throughout the night! It’s pricey but this mat is truly truly worth it! I very mischievous enjoyed all settings of this mat and will continue to use it to my hearts content!

My husband and I have been using the Higher dose Infrared PEMF Pro Mat every day. He has back pain due to degenerative disks cause by a car accidents. I work overnights and can barely get any sleep during the day, my stress levels are high all the time. The first time I used it, I was very impressed on how this mat has helped me stay calm and relaxed for a good period of time. It Improved my sleep pattern and feel I have rested well.
