Kineon

Where Science Meets Relief.

Kineon is revolutionizing the way we manage chronic pain and inflammation—without pills, wires, or guesswork. Their flagship device, the MOVE+ Pro, is a clinically validated wearable red light therapy tool designed to reduce joint pain, accelerate recovery, and support long-term mobility—right from home.

Born out of personal necessity, Kineon’s story began when founder Forrest sought a better solution for his own chronic knee pain. Years of research led to the creation of a powerful, portable therapy tool that’s backed by science and built for everyday use. Originally developed for knees, the MOVE+ Pro has evolved to target multiple areas of the body—shoulders, elbows, wrists, and more—with precision and ease.

After a wildly successful Indiegogo launch, Kineon quickly became a global leader in non-invasive, at-home light therapy, with over 10,000 units sold worldwide.

At Nanaka, we’re proud to carry Kineon because it represents everything we believe in: next-generation wellness, tech that empowers, and rituals that actually work.

It works!!

This little red light device has really helped with my knee and shoulder pain. Two times a day for 15 minutes is a small price to pay to avoid surgery. The price was a bonus too considering how much more it is buying directly from the manufacturer

Science-backed wavelenghts showing great results for me

I bought this product due to an inflamed knee and broken ribs. Studies show most benefits occur at the wavelengths of 600 to 700 nm for red and 780 to 1100 nm for near-infrared light for tissue regeneration, improved circulation, ATP production, and decreasing inflammation. This product's red light wavelengths are 660nm (deep red) and 808nm (infrared), so this is in line with the medically effective wavelengths. What I can tell so far: If I use it a bit longer (around 30 min) on my ribs, pain/sensitivity is dramatically reduced. This could be a sign of reduced inflammation. Subjectively speaking, I do feel like the daily sessions are helping to accelerate healing in my ribs. I'm not sure it helps with bone regeneration (osteoblast production etc.) but science does show increased blood flow, lower inflammation, and better joint, muscle, and cartilage regeneration. I could imagine you need to have a lower body fat percentage in order to effectively target and reach deep tissue like ribs and intercostal structures so as long as your body fat percentage is lower than 20–30 %, I think you shouldn't have any issues (this is my bro-science-based opinion). On joints like shoulders, hips, knees, ankles, elbows, and wrists, this should never be a problem, as fat doesn't accumulate here very well. When using it on my knee, I feel like pain and inflammation are reduced as well. So far, I can strongly recommend this device and I will contiue to use it for any other sports-related injuries.

Easy to use!

I really like Kineon's Move + Pro red light therapy wrap. I'm using it for a recently torn achilles and a sore knee and you can tell it's a high quality product. It's easy to use and portable with its own case, it causes no pain or discomfort when in use. The adjustable straps make it effective for a variety of areas and the built-in timer is really convenient.

Significant improvement after 2 weeks

I’ve been using the Move Plus for approximately two weeks now, and I’m compelled to share my experience. As someone suffering from cervical radiculopathy and degenerative disk disease, finding effective relief has been a constant challenge.I’m thrilled to report that my pain levels have decreased massively since starting with this device. The improvement has been remarkable and noticeable in my everyday activities, from work to sleep to simple daily tasks. What’s particularly validating is that my physiotherapist independently noticed significant improvements during our recent sessions. Without me mentioning the device, they commented that my muscles appear considerably more relaxed and observed substantial relief in the tension around my neck area. Having this professional validation means a great deal to me.I absolutely love this device and am committed to continuing its use as part of my pain management routine. It’s made a meaningful difference in how I feel and function daily. My only disappointment is learning that the company is releasing a new band-type model on Indiegogo very soon, right after I purchased the current version. While I’m genuinely happy with my device, the timing is unfortunate. I wish there was an upgrade program or exchange option for recent purchasers like myself. Despite this minor frustration, my overall experience has been overwhelmingly positive, and I would definitely recommend the Move Plus to anyone dealing with neck pain or similar conditions.

It works!!

This thing is awesome, I did some research on new innovative ways to heal my knee from playing American football and this was a top recommendation from former teammates and medical professionals who suggested non surgical treatment. It was nicely packaged like an Apple Watch so I knew then it had to be a quality product. But after using this thing for the first four days I was able to squat down lower in yoga without favoring the good knee. I took a few pics for you to see the product as well but I do recommend it especially if you’re like me and not interested in surgery!

Worth every penny!

I’ve been using the Kineon Move+ Pro for a while now, and it’s made a huge difference with pain and recovery. My joints feel less stiff, and I recover faster after workouts. It’s easy to use, comfortable, and I love that it’s portable. Definitely one of the best purchases I’ve made for my body!

Noticeable pain relief for shoulder and knee

I’ve been using the Kineon for both shoulder and knee pain. It’s easy to set up, comfortable to wear, and actually reduces pain and swelling. After a few weeks of regular use, I’ve seen noticeable improvements in mobility and less stiffness in both joints. The strap design makes it easy to target specific areas and stay hands-free. Definitely worth it if you’re dealing with joint pain.

Game Changer for a Pickleballer

I've used this device almost daily for two and a half months to aid recovery from pickleball sessions, resistance training, and jogging. I am 62 years young with arthritis in both knees and a nagging circulation issue from a serious ankle sprain in my youth. I use 15 minutes of red light therapy on each knee and my left ankle. The short story is that the MOVE+ works. I've noticed a reduction in pain and swelling, and improvements in joint mobility. Before using this device, I had to take a day off between pickleball sessions. Now, I can play for a few hours every day. That's a game-changer for me.The build quality is robust. It's a good value for the price, because it works. While it's certainly not cheap, I feel that I got what I paid for.I would like to see some alternative straps to use on various parts of the body. Other than that, I have no complaints.

Pricey but it works!

My orthopedic surgeon recommended using IR therapy during my recovery after a hip replacement. This device works so much better than the IR heating pads I tried in the past. I now use it for any aches and pains or after intense exercise. I think it's a quality device and worth the money. My doctor actually has one of these at his office and I was surprised it wasn't more expensive. I like that you can take it apart and change its placement as needed for your issue.

Getting my knee back to its full function 👍🏻

I’ve been using the Move+ for the past 5 days, focusing primarily on my right knee. While the results aren’t magical, I’ve noticed some encouraging early signs of improvement, especially given the short time frame. I’ve been consistently doing 15-minute sessions daily. The device is comfortable to use—you don’t feel any heat or discomfort during treatment, which is a plus. The infrared modules themselves are impressively robust and appear to be well-synchronized, delivering a consistent dose across the treated area. However, my main concern is with the strap design. It’s suboptimal, particularly for securing the device around the knee or smaller surface areas. A more adjustable or ergonomic strap would significantly improve the overall experience.

Very High Quality

Long distance runner, heard about this on Ben Greenfield Fitness Podcast, bought it for recovery, especially for the bottom of my feet and knees. To start off its very high quality and doesn't feel cheap. The bands don't feel cheap like others are saying. Pressing only one button on a single pod to turn on all three is convenient also. It seems to actually work and my feet don't throb and ache after multiple sessions. Red light therapy works. I have a Joov light also and it works. This is more portable which is great. My only complaint is for the price it should that extended strap that is sold separately.

Quality design

The design is well made and easy to use. Not cumbersome or bulky, simple design. No weird smells from the units and uses familiar usbc wires.Feels soothing on my overworked hands. The light is strong and pulsating. Could use some more scientific detail with the unit

Powerful, intuitive, and well-built, but could use some extra straps

My dog has some bad arthritis (she's a larger breed and is 15 years old), and I keep finding myself with new injuries on the monthly (getting old sucks). I tried this on her sore joints and I had a very hard time securing it to her shoulder or knees. I ended up just using a piece of elastic and tying them on. This works as long as she holds still. Unfortunately, for her, I think I'll have to just sit and hold them or make sure she stays put.My current injury is the back of my shoulder, near my spine, and I cannot figure out a way with the straps provided to secure it in place. I can just drape it over my shoulder, and hold one end though. I may need to order more straps from Kineon. It's fairly intuitive to use. The charging port and case are thoughtful and feel well-built. Everything seems very premium. The instructions are clear and easy-to-read. This def works great on limbs (wrists, elbows, knees, ankles, but may require some modification or additional straps for other body parts).
