How do I use my TheraBrush Deluxe Copper Body Brush? Use the brush dry on dry skin. Start at your feet and brush upward toward the heart in long, sweeping strokes. Follow the direction of blood and lymphatic flow for optimal benefits. Use the Copper Bristle side for exfoliation and detox, and the Massage Node side for deeper muscle and skin stimulation.
